About
Welcome to Lazy Latte Coffee, a cozy haven nestled in Taylors, SC, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee invites you in and makes you feel right at home. Located at 4800 Wade Hampton Blvd Suite D, this charming café stands out as a delightful escape for both coffee aficionados and casual sippers alike. As a food reviewer for Menu Buzz, I am excited to share the enchanting experience that awaits you at this hidden gem.
Stepping into Lazy Latte Coffee, you'll be greeted by an ambiance that echoes warmth and comfort—imagine plush couches and chairs adorned in delightful boho chic, reminiscent of a beloved grandmother's café mixed with contemporary freshness. Uplifting music fills the air, creating an atmosphere perfect for both solitary moments of reflection or cheerful conversations with friends.
The menu brings forward exquisite flavors that enchant every taste bud. Customers rave about the hot vanilla latte, which defines warmth on a chilly day. One guest, Sabrina, shared how she delighted in her latte while enjoying a fluffy muffin, showcasing the bakery's ability to whip up delicacies that are as comforting as the coffee itself. With a selection that includes scrumptious pastries like cinnamon rolls and a variety of muffins, it’s hard to resist trying everything on offer. However, as Jodie Ridley pointed out, it might be wise to check if your pastry is fully warmed through—she mentions a delightful roll but found the center just a tad cool.
But what truly shines at Lazy Latte Coffee is not merely the menu's offerings but the people behind it. Current patrons emphasize the friendliness of the staff, with reports that the owner herself might personally greet you, offering a kind word along with your drink. The heartwarming service you receive here goes beyond the cup; it is an experience crafted by genuine smiles and a passion for community.
Each sip of coffee at Lazy Latte feels like a personal journey. Aria Mailand highlights the distinctive flavor, which sparked a craving reminiscent of Chestnut coffee. This unique approach to crafting beverages ensures that every visit is worthwhile, with customers leaving eager to return for more. Whether you're working remotely or unwinding after a long day, Louis Adams notes that the café’s relaxing vibe is an ideal setting to sip and savor.
In conclusion, Lazy Latte Coffee is more than just a stop for your caffeine fix; it’s a community haven that offers a delicious escape from the everyday hustle. The blend of great coffee, delectable pastries, and a homey atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination in Taylors. So, venture over to this charming café and allow yourself to unwind with a cup of coffee that warms both the body and soul.
“ Such a cute little coffee shop! The quietness is perfect if you are looking for a great place to work and get a great cup of coffee! I tried their seasonal mountain maple iced latte and it was amazing! The maple and spices tied in together so well! The barista was so friendly and kind as well! I will definitely be coming back! ”
“ This was our first time in, and it was a very pleasant experience. I got the LumberJill latte, probably a new favorite of mine. I will be back for it again soon. Big fan of the copper drinking cups for water. The decor and furniture are a lot of fun. Should consider dimmer lighting, just not a fan of the bright overhead lights in places. Especially in place with such a cool vibe. Overall a really cool spot to grab a latte. ”
“ A very nice place with great service. The Carmel latte I got was very good. The only reason this was not a 5 star review was because the internet was not working properly and I had to use my personal hotspot. Not a huge deal but I feel if you are a place where you can grab a coffee and get some work done the internet should be operable. The good thing is they did get it working after some time. ”
“ Stopped in for a quick coffee, do some work, and to warm up. I was blown away by how friendly the staff was. The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing. I will be returning. This place is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a cup of joe and a warm smile. Oh, and the coffee is great!!! ”
“ Yes!! 5 stars just for being the only coffee shop in town with exclusively comfy seating!! Cushy couches and chairs all around. The aesthetic is wonderful- think 90s girl inherits her Grandmothers cafe and keeps hints of the old style while mixing in fresh boho touches. Latte and passionade were both delicious! Barista was friendly and kind. Happy to have this in the Taylor’s region! ”
“ The coffee tastes really good, reminds me of Chestnut coffee which I am obsessed with. I have only tried 1 latte here so far, but I will be back! The coffee tasting as good as it does is worth coming back for. ”
“ Just moved here and went there after taking my daughter to school. The coffee was amazing just what I needed! I did love the cinnamon roll as well but the center was still cold that is the only reason I gave the food a 4 star, all in all I would give this a 10/10! Service was amazing, very cozy inside as well and the uplifting music playing was a great way to set the tone for the day! I will be back! Side note.. I would add a drink for kids at some point. We loved Coyote Coffee where we moved from and they have 3 flavors of kid drinks nothing to over the top it is nice/convenient for parents! ”
“ Had always been wanting to stop by and try the coffee. Got a hot vanilla latte and a muffin. The service was pretty good, they're all super friendly. The original flavor of muffin i wanted wasn't available so i got another one (first time going so i wasn't being picky) and it was sooo good and fluffy. I believe she was the owner , super nice and ended up finding the original flavor i wanted so i ended up being able to try the two diff muffins ; both equally delicious. ”
